Let’s get mindful together, reconnect to what’s real, and remember who we are with this meditation. We’re getting into Hero pose with the help of a couple blocks. This posture creates a spaciousness in the pelvis that really lets you feel your breath as it ripples through every part of your body. Let this focus on your breath ground you and bring you back to the earth with a mindfulness you can carry with you everywhere you go. (11:50)
