This flow is all about nurturing the back, especially if you’ve spent the day neglecting it. Lower back pain is probably one of the most common complaints and reasons we make it to the mat. Our upper bodies take on a lot of pressure without getting the movement our bodies are meant to. Take up space and expand in the practice. Blocks & straps are recommended, makeshift or not.
