Reminder: closed doors let in as much as they keep out. Maybe the biggest misconception about meditation is that we shouldn't think, but it isn't about keeping thoughts out, it’s actually about opening the mind wide to allow thoughts to come and go on their own. Give your thoughts freedom and if you feel yourself begin to judge them, refocus on your breath. Before you say you can't meditate, try this practice. (22:07)
