we floss our teeth to keep them happy—and we floss our fascial lines to keep our bodies moving the way we love. this class blends active mobility with elements of vinyasa to wake you up from the center out. options for all levels, so come as you are. all you’ll need is a mat, and a block or two if you’re into that kind of thing.
about nina: nina kolar (she/her) is the youngest of five kids, and in true youngest-child fashion, she learned early on that humor and movement can get you through just about anything. she’s the kind of person who climbed mountains while being afraid of heights, and who discovered breathwork and meditation via her parents’ dial-up internet (millennial gold star). nina has been a mindfulness facilitator since 2011 and is trained in all kinds of ways to move and breathe. she lives somewhere between artist and athlete, runs a virtual yoga studio and mindful retreat company out of minneapolis, and fills her classes with playful transitions, smooth playlists, and top-tier dad jokes.
