In this class, we’re getting grounded—literally. Spending time on the floor, we’ll explore the innate wisdom of how our bodies move in this space. We’re focusing on the core container: the sides, back, and the all-important middle. This is where we find our strength, our balance, and our ability to hold ourselves up. As we move, we won’t force anything or chase perfection. Instead, we’ll simply notice—how our bodies feel, how they respond, and how each part plays a role in supporting the whole. Just the act of noticing is enough. No judgment, no expectation—just you, your body, and the floor, getting reacquainted with confidence.
