this restorative yoga class is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and begin again with the new moon. through gentle movement, supported stretches, and plenty of rest, you’ll create space in your body and reconnect with whatever is ready to take root. grab a blanket, strap, bolster, and blocks—or whatever you have nearby—and give yourself permission to soften. no big transformation required. just you, your breath, and a little room for something new.
