Sometimes we all have our feels poking into us, most notably uncomfortable ones like fear, worry, anger or rush of sadness. Then the tears flow, all to reveal our inner gladness underneath it. If sitting still with your emotions is the hardest thing to do, that’s when you know you need it most. In this meditation focus on being still and breathing through discomfort*. (15:42)
*This class is helpful practice if strong emotions in your yoga practice are forcing you out of postures. Emotions are meant to come up, it’s part of the yoga, embrace them.
