about nina: nina kolar (she/her) is the youngest of five kids, and in true youngest-child fashion, she learned early on that humor and movement can get you through just about anything. she’s the kind of person who climbed mountains while being afraid of heights, and who discovered breathwork and meditation via her parents’ dial-up internet (millennial gold star). nina has been a mindfulness facilitator since 2011 and is trained in all kinds of ways to move and breathe. she lives somewhere between artist and athlete, runs a virtual yoga studio and mindful retreat company out of minneapolis, and fills her classes with playful transitions, smooth playlists, and top-tier dad jokes.
