Inspired by April flowers, this vinyasa flow practice is a true evolution of postures. We'll take root (start low), water the intention (knee-down variations), and grow into full bloom (standing balance postures and full expressions). This is a celebration of movement, springtime (both inside and surrounding us), and the evolution of intent.
