week 4 | integrate & release

week 4 | integrate & release

you’ve built the habit, deepened your practice, and felt the shifts—now it’s time to let go and trust what’s left. as the waning moon guides us toward reflection and release, this week is about integration. what have you learned? what’s ready to stay? what’s ready to go?

this is the part where you settle in, soften, and allow all the work you’ve done to become part of you. no forcing, no pushing—just embracing what is. your practice isn’t ending; it’s evolving.

trust yourself. trust your body. everything you need is already within you.
